Initiate Your Request

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

Secure Your Package

Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton with all original certificates and documentation.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

Refund Processing

Once our gemologists inspect and approve the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
